What this is
Not generic consulting. Not a catalogue of services.
The common thread is simple: there is an interesting problem, and nobody quite knows how to solve it yet. That might mean researching a material, finding a maker, contacting manufacturers, comparing approaches, working through logistics, or making a prototype.
The first thing we are selling is curiosity, research, and the stubborn ability to figure things out.
The first engagement
The Rabbit Hole
A focused, paid investigation—usually ¥30,000–¥100,000 depending on the question and scope.
We go down the rabbit hole and come back with what we found: feasibility, possible approaches, materials, suppliers, craftspeople, approximate costs, logistics, constraints, likely dead ends, and the next experiments worth trying.
You can take the research and continue on your own. Or, if it makes sense, we can help with procurement, prototyping, fabrication coordination, testing, and the next stage.
